PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mix MISO (bean paste) without leaving any in a mixing part and to use the MISO inside a MISO tank to the last further by providing a second mixing part for holding the paste-like MISO left without being mixed and distributed to hot water in a first mixing part and further mixing and distributing it by the hot water flowing from the first mixing part. SOLUTION: The paste-like MISO 2 is housed in the MISO tank 3 and a prescribed amount is supplied to the first mixing part 5 by the drive of a tube pump 4. The first mixing part 5 is vertically connected through an opening part 51 to the second mixing part 9. The paste-like MISO is supplied so as to be in contact with the slope part 7 in a shape like a funnel of the first mixing part 5 and the hot water is supplied there by a supply nozzle 8 and mixed with the MISO. The MISO not dissolved in the hot water in the first mixing part 5 is held on the holding plate 11 of the second mixing part 9 and the MISO is further chopped, distributed and dissolved by the hot water flowing in from the first mixing part 5 and mixed with the hot water. |
