PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent the occurrence of a stress due to bowing phenomenon of a lower header tank through simple constitution. SOLUTION: A heat-exchange panel comprises an upper header tank; a lower header tank 2: and a tube group 3 to couple together the header tanks. A dispersion pipe 4 extending throughout the approximate overall length is inserted in the lower header tank 2. A microgap 21 is provided between the inner peripheral surface of approximate a half of a lower header tank 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the dispersion pipe 4. A space 20 is formed between the upper part of the lower header tank 2 and the upper surface plate of the dispersion pipe 4 and a through-hole 44 is formed in the upper surface plate of the dispersion pipe 4 approximately throughout an overall length. The dispersion pipe 4 has inflow ports opened to the inlet side of the lower header tank 2, and liquefied gas flows in the space 20 through the through-holes 44 after the flow of it through the inflow ports.
