PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff mixing device which improves the cooling efficiency of foodstuffs by blowing forcible air directly to foodstuffs left at the lower part in a rotary container. SOLUTION: This device rotates the rotary container 2 which can store foodstuffs on an axis slanting to the container axis and makes air flow in the rotary container 2 from the flank of the rotary container 2 on the axis of rotation for ventilation. In this case, a displacement member 41 which sets the direction of the air so that the air is blown to the lower part in the rotary container 2 is so provided at the air intake 35 of the rotary container 2. |
