PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or transducing a gene in order to prepare a transgenic organism, capable of making the transduced gene correctly function and fit for the purpose. SOLUTION: This method for transducing an exogenote comprises sandwiching the exogenote to be transferred between insulators and transducing the exogenote in a state of an ensured independent environment so that the transduced exogenote may not be interfered with surrounding genes into a chromosomal DNA when transducing the exogenote into a cultured cell or a fertilized egg. The stable and normal expression of the transduced exogenote on a chromosomal DNA in the cultured cell or the fertilized egg is assured independently of the inserting position on the chromosome by cutting off the interference from the surrounding genes. Thereby, a contribution to a rise in efficiency of preparing a transgenic organism can be made by the method.
