FIELD: power-plant engineering; power generation using natural difference in ambient temperature. SUBSTANCE: power plant has circulating loop incorporating evaporator placed under water level, steam turbine coupled with electric generator, and tubular condenser; in addition, it is provided with pump inserted in circulating loop and its condenser is placed under water level below evaporator; evaporator and condenser are made in the form of three-dimensional tube plates forming single floating platform provided with propeller. In addition, evaporator and condenser tube plates are built up of set of modules each provided with joining assembly in the form of three-dimensional body with crossing through channels arranged in three directions, such as relatively perpendicular ones, with plate tubes connected to them. At least tubes of condenser plate accommodate narrow spray tubes with through holes over their surface. In addition, evaporator and condenser tube plates are interconnected into closed loop by means of header tube mounted along vertical center line of platform and provided with through holes on side surface receiving tubes of upper horizontal section of evaporator and condenser tubes; steam turbine is placed in tube located above condenser level and pump is mounted in lower part and connected to evaporator tube plate through vertical pipe installed inside header tube.
