PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the differential speed in the right-to-left direction of an oscillating actuator provided with a flat plate oscillator. SOLUTION: In an oscillating actuator 10 provided with an oscillator 11 in which four piezoelectric bodies 13 are joined and the first order expansion vibration and the fourth order bending vibration are harmoniously generated, and a relatively moving member which is brought into pressed contact with the oscillator 11 and generates the relative motions in two directions, a bending vibration amplitude regulation part 15 to reduce the anisotropy of the relative motions in two directions by locally changing the equivalent thickness of an elastic body 12, is formed at the loop positions P1, P2 of the bending vibration in the elastic body 12. |
