PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal use of a portable terminal by wire-connecting the portable terminal to a central device to transmit an identification code of the portable terminal to the central device prior to the use of the portable terminal of a system, and thereafter using the identification code for authorization of the portable terminal when the portable terminal and the central device communicate with each other. SOLUTION: A central device 100 self-contains a storage part 110 stored with identification codes of terminal units, a train operation plan, and the like, a computing part 130, an input-output part 140 to be an interface to the outside, a control part 120 for controlling them, and the like. A private telephone switchboard 300 communicating with a portable terminal unit 500 and an interlocking device such as a switch and a signal, an information processor 520, and the like are connected to the input-output device 140. The storage part 110 is stored with a table with registered ID of workers using terminals, and a table of identification codes of the respective terminals. The ID and identification code sent from each portable terminal are collated using each table, and the terminal is authenticated in case of coincidence. |
