PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce M energy consumption by compressing a feed flow composed of a gaseous mixture in a compression unit, feeding a 1st part of the compressed mixture to a gas consumption unit, feeding a 2nd pot to a separation unit and circulating to use a part of gaseous oxygen separated therein. SOLUTION: At the time of supplying to the gas consumption unit particularly a consumption unit such as a blast furnace HF consuming an gaseous air generated using equipment for separating air particularly by low temp. distillation, a gas flow 22 compressed by a blower 21 is divided into 2 and the 1st part 28 is fed to the blast furnace HF as it is. Remaining 2nd part 23 is fed to a distillation equipment 25 having thermally coupled 2 columns and a low pressure oxygen and a middle pressure oxygen are generated by the distillation equipment 25. The resultant middle pressure oxygen 24 is joined with a flow 28 running to the blast furnace HF and supplied to the blast furnace HF and on the other hand, the low pressure oxygen 26 is returned to a pipe line of the upstream side of the blower 21 and compressed by the blower 21.
