Solid wood or composite material construction for individual or connected housing

The panels are made of solid wood or composite materials. They are joined by internal metal stiffeners and internal bolts. The metal stiffeners pass vertically through the horizontal wooden sections. The stiffeners are tightened with nuts and exert pressure on the components. Holes are drilled for the insertion of the stiffeners during construction. The rectangular wooden sections have a tongue and groove system and have large shoulders on either side of the tongues and grooves which take the pressure exerted by the stiffeners. Sections are joined by T shaped bolts. The head of the bolt is inserted in openings along the axis of the tongue and groove and the threaded end of the bolt extends to the outer edge of the panels.
