<p>Process for in vitro culture of cells (e.g. primary, normal or tumour cells and/or human or animal cell lines) includes /- 1 transient incubation step, particularly of isolated cells, in a solution having final calcium concentration 0-1 (especially 0-0.1) mM to induce rapid and large scale adherence to a carrier, of any sort, in contact with the incubation medium. Also claimed are: (1) incubation medium for this process and (2) cellular compositions (A) produced as described above.</p> |
