SOLUTION: A guide holder 2 is mounted to the upper edge part of a cable 1 for construction, horizontal support materials 3 and 3' are mounted to the guide holder 2 in parallel with a gap, and a guide rod 4 is mounted to the tip of the horizontal support materials 3 and 3'.
