摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the circulation and efficiency of a cell by using the additive to generate the interface of the additive which is applied to a part of the surface of a first electrode and dominant between the surface of the first electrode and the electrolyte to contribute to the substantial increase in the interfacial electrostatic capacity of a lithium electrode and the substantial reduction in the interfacial resistance. SOLUTION: An electrolytic cell 10 comprises a first electrode 12 having a surface 13, a second electrode 14, the electrolyte 16, and the surfactant/additive 18. The additive 18 is conductive to the prescribed ion to be accompanied by an alkaline metallic ion source of the first electrode 12 which is the lithium ion, non-ionic, electrolytic, substantially insoluble, and substantially inert to the prescribed alkaline metallic source. The additive generates the dominant interface of the additive adjacent to the electrolyte 16 on the surface 13 of the first electrode 12. Substantial increase in the interfacial electrostatic capacity of the lithium electrode and substantial reduction in the interfacial resistance are realized.
