发明名称 HIGH-FLUIDITY CEMENT COMPOSITION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-fluidity cement composition that manifests extremely high fluidity without material separation and is suitable for production of concrete developing high fluidity and high strength and as a self-leveling material with reduced flow loss without damage of the fluidity during the work operations. SOLUTION: This cement composition contains clinker comprising <=13wt.% of 4CaO.Al2 O3 .Fe2 O3 , <=5wt.% of 3CaO.Al2 O3 and the rest of 3CaO.SiO2 and 2CaO.SiO2 and 3-7wt.% of gypsum. Hemihydrate gypsum is >=37wt.% based on the whole gypsum and <=2.5wt.% based on the whole cement components and the anhydrous gypsum is <=35wt.% based on the whole gypsum. In addition, a high-performance AE water-reducing agent is added to the cement composition with a Blaine's specific surface area of 3,000-4,500cm<2> /g.
