PURPOSE:To provide the kneaded product exhibiting vivid pattern to dough by forming a protein sheet having transparency and kneaded product dough. CONSTITUTION:A protein sheet and/or block 5 (having about >=50%, preferably >=60% visible radiation transmittance) obtained by forming a water soluble protein such as soybean protein into a film and defoaming the film or defoaming the water soluble protein and then forming the defoamed protein into a rod like shape and having transparency and kneaded product dough 2 (having normally 0.5-5mm, preferably 1-3mm thickness) are wound in swirl form or laminated to provide the kneaded product having vivid pattern. |
