<p>This invention provides a combination of rapamycin and 1,25-dihydroxy-cholecalciferol (1,25(OH)2D3) which is useful for inducing immunosuppression, and in the treatment of transplantation rejection, graft vs. host disease, autoimmune diseases, diseases of inflammation, adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma, neoplasms, fungal infections, and hyperproliferative vascular disorders.</p> |
