The jetting fuel gas F is prevented from becoming a flame at once and is produced separated forwardly, and becomes a state where it is mixed and diluted with the surrounding outer peripheral flow O and the high temperature air a until the fuel gas F reaches the flame, and it becomes mild combustion to lower the flame temperature to hereby reduce the amount of exhaust of NOX.
