PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily manage client data by performing the reading processing of the client data and preserving/managing the read client data when a recipient brings a postcard with built-in IC chip, in which these client data are written, with him. SOLUTION: When a recipient B inserts a postcard 10 with built-in IC chip into the card reader/writer of a client data processing means 301 in the case of passing through a counter C2, the card reader/ writer reads the client data (personal data or negotiable data) written in an IC chip 11 with no contact and a control part performs prescribed data processing to the negotiable data in the read client data, sends a command to the card reader/writer later and writes these processed data into the IC chip 11. Then, at a client data processing means 301, required data are stored in a client data managing means 40 and the client data managing means 40 preserves/manages these client data. |
