<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten electric wires, improve noise resistance, facilitate responding to changes in specifications, and optimize communication filling, in a fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 includes: a fuel cell unit 10 that has a fuel cell stack 12, and an auxiliary machine 13 and a sensor 14 that are associated with the fuel cell stack 12; a fuel supply unit 20 that has a fuel tank 22 where fuel for the fuel cell stack 12 is stored, and an auxiliary machine 23 and a sensor 24 that are associated with the fuel tank 22; and a control device that controls the fuel cell unit 10 and the fuel supply unit 20 and deals with information that is input through the sensors 14 and 24.
