PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a trouble for generating a program for time adjustment in respective computer terminals by transmitting time information and a processing request in a computer terminal and executing respective processings, based on the processing request and time information in the other computer terminal. SOLUTION: When data are collected at the same time in the terminals 20A-20C, a reference terminal 22 transmits a data collection request and data collection time to the respective terminals 20A-20C. When the terminals 20A-20C receive the data collection request from the reference terminal 22, they read temperature/humidity data from the sensors 21A-21C and store temperature/humidity data with data collection time transmitted from the reference terminal 22. The program executed in the terminals 20A-20C and the reference terminal 22 are incorporated into the terminals or executed on a multitask operation with high real time property.
