The complex absorbent is prepared by combining activated carbon and zeolite with inorganic binding materials including silica gel or silicate entirely. At this time, silicon oxide contained in the inorganic binding material is complex absorbent whose general formula is written xM2/nO*yAl2O3*2ySiO2 made by reacting one of the selected between sodium oxide and calcium oxide solution added from outside with aluminum oxide. Therefore, the complex absorbent can effectively eliminate toxic gas from smoking. In the above formula, M means sodium or calcium and n is the valence of metal M. And x is the integer ranged from 1.0 to 12, y is the integer from 1.0 to 24.
