<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bend an iron sheet for an outer box adaptable to various kinds of models by regulating the clamp width and the bending gap according to the width of the iron sheet for the outer box of the refrigerator to be fed. SOLUTION: A clamp 120 is connected in an elevating/lowering manner to a lower side of an upper frame 162, and a first cylinder 201 in which a working shaft 201a is elevated/lowered by the hydraulic pressure is installed on the upper frame 162. A bender 130 is installed on a lower frame 161, and turned counterclockwise with reference to the outer side of the clamp 120 to bend an iron sheet for an outer box. A position regulating means 180 to move the lower frame 161 in the longitudinal direction of the iron sheet for the outer box comprises a guide 181 to guide the movement in the right-to-left direction of the lower frame 161, a screw rod extended in the right-to-left direction through one side of the lower frame 161, and a motor 183 to turn the screw rod 182. The bender 130 is installed so as to vary its width, and used for bending the iron sheet for the outer box with diversified width.</p> |
