The control signal is transmitted through the remote controller. The remote controller receiving means(20) receives the signal and transmits the signal to the micom(50). The micom(50) detects the given temperature through the signal, detects the indoor temperature through the detecting means of indoor temperature(30), and inspects the operating condition of a compressor for the operation of the compressor(60). When the compressor is operated, the micom inspects the correspondence between the stop condition and the condition of the compressor. If the condition doesn't correspond each other, the operation is continued. In the case of correspondence, the micom inspects through the signal input means(40) of 120 ( that the zero point corresponds with that condition. If the zero point does not correspond, the correspondence of the zero point is inspected again until the correspondence is reached. When the zero point is corresponded, the stop control signal is output for the stop of the compressor(60).
