PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mapping even for an image pickup system in which a camera position is changed by expressing an objet position to an original point as a three-dimensional vector by using the three-dimensional vector of an image pickup position to the original point and the three-dimensional vector of the object position to the original point. SOLUTION: Each point A and B is the position of a camera, each vector OA and OB is a three-dimensional vector from a coordinate original point O to each camera position coordinate, and each vector AC and BC is a three- dimensional vector from each camera position coordinate to an object position coordinate C. Then, a three-dimensional vector OC from the original point O to the object position coordinate C is calculated by using each vector. The vectors AC and BC are calculated in a conventional way. Thus, the objet is image picked-up at two positions, and the mapping of the coordinate of the object position is operated as the three-dimensional vector from the coordinate position of the object calculated with respect to the display range of a camera video inputted from each camera position and each camera position coordinate.
