PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the danger of overlapping by a simple system by receiving a specific optical identification code originated by a moving object in a receiver provided for each area and inferring the presence area of the moving object in a central management device. SOLUTION: The moving objects 1a-1n are respectively provided with a specific identification codes and cyclically originate them by light. In the meantime, the receivers 2A-2R capable of receiving optical signals are installed for the respective areas, identification signals based on the optical signals from the moving objects 1a-1n are received and the identification signals of the receivers themselves are transmitted to the central management device 3. Since digital signals by the light are received only in a peripheral part where light beams advance by the appropriate intensity of semiconductor LED light beams, the danger of overlapping is eliminated and it is extremely convenient for inferring the presence of the moving objects 1a-1n in the respective presence area. Also, the receivers are provided on a telegraph pole, a building and a standing tree, etc., and the presence area of the moving object is recognized by the simple system. |
