The method for dispensing dosed amounts of a liquid contained in a storage reservoir (3) connected to a dispensing duct (4) provided with a nozzle (5) for delivering the liquid into a receptacle (6) associated with an indicator (7), delivering in the form of a signal representative of the value of the amount of liquid present in the receptacle (3) and said duct (4) distant from the nozzle (5), being associated with closing means (8) which, by command, closes or releases the passage of the liquid through the duct (4), consists in the following steps: a) releasing the passage of the liquid between the reservoir (3) and the nozzle (5) by operating the closing means (8), so that the liquid can fill the portion of the duct between the closing element (8) and the dispensing nozzle (5); b) closing the passage of the liquid by operating the closing means (8), to interrupt the liquid flow; c) applying on the liquid column between the closing means (8) and the dispensing nozzle (5), at least a mechanical pulse of calibrated amplitude and/or intensity, for expelling from the liquid column, a micro-amount of liquid; d) comparing the value shown by the indicator (7) and a predetermined index value C1; e) and repeating steps c) and d).
