PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate gas permeability and water permeability and continuously mold without batch type by fusion bonding partial surfaces of foamed small lump-like foam to each other to form many air gaps communicating with each other. SOLUTION: Foam 2 is stored in a feeder 4, extruded forward by an extruder 5 constituted so that respective foams are not melted and not fusion bonded to each other, and supplied into a partition mold 3. Then, a space shape of the mold 3 is formed in a communicating rectangular sectional cylindrical state and constituted on upper and lower surfaces by belt conveyors 6 as conveying means at the same gradients to be vertically symmetrical. The foam is conveyed by operations of the conveyors 6 disposed at upper and lower positions, and compression force is applied as it moves. An aggregate group of the foams 2 moving in the mold 3 is slightly melted on its surface by hot air, compressed, and fusion bonded to each other. As a result, many communicating air gaps are formed among the foams 2. |
