PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage of depositing protrusion, to facilitate handling of a coil bobbin, and to improve an inner seal by forming a thicker second protrusion protruding from the first protrusion together with the first protrusion depositing on an outer periphery of a molded molding. SOLUTION: A depositing protrusion 3 of a first annular protrusion and a protective protrusion 4 of a second protrusion are formed at an end of a collar of a coil bobbin 1. In this product, forming is conducted by inserting a molded molding 1 obtained by winding a coil 2 in the mold, setting it, and then pouring resin in the mold. Forming resin is heated to a temperature higher than a melting temperature of the molded molding, an end surface of the protrusion 3 is melted, at the time of cooling, fused with formed resin, and hence completely sealed. The protrusion 3 is formed as a thin annular protrusion so that the end surface is melted by heat of the formed resin. Then, an outer diameter of the protrusion 4 is increased larger than the protrusion 4. |
