Triazolopyridazine compound of formula (I), wherein R<1> is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl; R<2> is polycarbon alkyl or cycloalkyl; X is oxygen or S(O)p, wherein p is 0 to 2; Y is (i) a group of formula (a) wherein R<3> and R<4> are hydrogen or alkyl, or (ii) cycloalkylene or cycloalkylidene; R<5> and R<6> are H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, or may bind together for form a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group; m and n are 0 to 4, or a salt thereof, possessing excellent anti-asthmatic, anti-allergic, anti-PAF, eosinophil chemotaxis inhibiting activities.
