<p>The adaptor frame consists of a welded assembly (10) with lengthwise and transverse members, at least one of the lengthwise members having two holes (15, 16) for the forks of a fork-lift truck. Intermediate cross-members (17, 18) are positioned adjacent to the holes so that they can interact with the forks, guiding them as they are inserted and the frame is lifted. The ends of the frame's lengthwise members have a series of holes for bolting on additional components for fastening or handling the equipment mounted on it, e.g. in the form of arms (21) with sole plates (22) at one end and fastening bases (26) with slots (27) at the other.</p> |
