<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test method in which the capability of a DC current supply circuit installed at an amplifier circuit in a light receiving device can be measured precisely. SOLUTION: A constant-current source 9 is connected to the input terminal IN Of a light receiving device 1, and a voltmeter 8 is connected to the output terminal Amp-Out of an amplifier circuit AMP. A current is made to flow to the input terminal IN from the constant-current source 9 so as to operate the amplifier circuit AMP. An output voltage is measured by the voltmeter 8 a plurality of numbers of times. A dispersion is found on the basis of an irregularity in measured values, and the quality of a DC current supply circuit 7 is judged on the basis of its value.</p> |
