<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the changeover of discharge forms by a method in which leachate into which harmful substances such as organic substances and heavy metals are eluted caused by the waste in a controlled dumping site and rainfall is heated and gasified not to discharge effluent. SOLUTION: A treatment apparatus (system) X is equipped with an evaporation kiln 3 which supplies leachate 1 introduced to a storage tank 2 quantitatively and evaporates and dries the water 1 by direct high temperature heating, a treatment means 11 for making bottom ash containing heavy metals generated in the kiln 3 insoluble, a deodorization furnace 4 which introduces exhaust gas generated in the kiln 3 to be subjected to direct heat decomposition, a dust collecting cyclone 5 for catching and removing fly ash mixed in the exhaust gas in an introduction route to the deodorant furnace 4, and a heat recovery mechanism for recirculating exhaust heat from the deodorization furnace 4.</p> |
