FIELD: force measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: meter has case filled with working fluid. Case has spherical bottom made of nonmagnetic material under which permanent magnet with screw is positioned. Case accommodates light source, floating decoding unit with concave mirror and screw adjusting its space from light source. Case also includes unit of photosensitive matrices connected to indicator. Photosensitive matrices are assembled into separate units positioned on receiving unit brackets and spaced at 90 deg. for measuring the values of deceleration, acceleration, left- and right-hand turns, respectively. Receiving unit of photosensitive matrices has circular graticule and changeable light filter and photosensitive circular diagram positioned behind brackets. The above-indicated elements serve for simultaneous (with indicator) data graphic recording of dynamic resultant value of deceleration, left- and right-hand turns, respectively, in plan of 360 deg. of road plane and longitudinal axis of overland transport facility.
