FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves initiation of free-radical oxidation using divalent iron and autoblood hemolyzate as activators. Complete hemolysis time is determined. Normal resistance of erythrocytes to peroxide hemolysis is assayed if time of complete hemolysis is above 216 s and decreased resistance - at less 216 s. EFFECT: simplified method, decreased cost of analysis.
