PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a feeling of the presence while saving the number of personnels and man-hour cost by allowing a receiver side to control changeover of each image pickup position and movement of a display range. SOLUTION: In this system, n-sets of TV cameras 111 -11n with microphone pick up an image pickup object from different positions to generate an individual image signal with an audio signal at a transmitter side, a relay station 20 and a television station 30 carry the image signal with the audio signal through one system. Then in the receiver side, a system separate decoder 42 decodes the image signal with an audio signal and a changeover device 43 selects any of the decoded image signal with an audio signal corresponding to the operation of a viewer and an image processing unit 45 displays a prescribed display range among the image represented by the image signal with an audio signal based on the selected image signal with an audio signal and a sight input device 44 and the image processing unit 45 move a prescribed display range in following to the change in the line of sight of the viewer 47.
