FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves perforating injured sinus in the position of typical puncture, its washing, filling with medication solution, exposing to ultrasonic low frequency radiation and removing the used up solution. After perforating with puncture needle and washing the sinus, the puncture opening is widened. After removing the used up solution, antiseptic jet and aerosol spray coating and laser irradiation are additionally applied at the granulation stage and pathological focus epithelialization stage. The device has power supply source, acoustic unit and emitter for carrying out intranasal action upon the pathological focus. The device is additionally provided with stopping needle having rest flange. The emitter is axially movably enclosed into the stopping needle through guiding bushing so that coaxial clearance is formed between the external diameter of the emitter and internal diameter of the needle. The clearance enables communication with hydraulic system for delivering and discharging drug solution through cavity in guiding bushing and coaxial openings in the guiding bushing and the flange. Fixing screw is made in the guiding bushing. Groove coupled with the screw is made in the cylindrical part of the emitter. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course. 7 cl, 6 dwg tble
