A method of forming a potato crisp product comprises combining a potato crisp with crisp, dry elements derived from real vegetables. The resulting product includes visual, flavour and textural contrast and provides surprisingly enhanced levels of eating appeal when compared with conventionally flavoured potato crisps. The vegetables may be onion, parsnip or carrot or a fruit, e.g. apple. |
