PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the water-resistant adhesion of a heat-resistant fabric mainly employed for a fire-fighting clothing by a method wherein a vulcanized rubber layer, a phenol resin-containing rubber layer, a flame-retardant-filled adhesive layer, a double-sided metallized polyester film and a fluororesin film are formed in the order named on the base fabric. SOLUTION: In a heat-resistant fabric for a fire-fighting clothing used under highly humid state, a vulcanized rubber layer, a phenol resin-containing rubber layer, a flame-retardant-filled adhesive layer, a double-sided metallized polyester film and a fluororesin film are formed in the order named on a base fabric in order to manufacture the heat-resistant fabric. In this case, content of the phenol resin in the rubber layer is set to be 20-40wt.%. As the base fabric, total aromatic polyamide fiber is employed. As the double-sided metallized polyester film, double-sided metallized polyethylene terephthalate film is employed. As fluororesin film, fluoroesin film mainly consisting of tetrafluoroethylene is employed. Further, as the rubber in the vulcanized rubber layer, Hypalon rubber or the like is exampled. |
