PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the durability of a traffic mark by covering and baking transparent fluororesin on a surface of the traffic mark which is made by drying and baking paint which contains fluororesin on a metallic substrate for display. SOLUTION: Chemical or electrochemical etching treatment is applied on one face of a metallic base material 1 made of aluminum to form a surface layer 2 on which minute projection and recessed parts are provided. Next, paint like paste made of coloring pigment, surface active agent, and PFA (tetrafluoroethylene-parfloroalkoxy ethylene copolymer) powder is applied on the surface layer 2 provided on one face of the metallic base material 1 by screen printing system to form a road mark 3, and then it is heated to remove the surface active agent and bake PFA. Then, PTFE dispersion liquid made of PTFE(tetrafluoroethylene resin), surface active agent, and water is applied on the mark 3 by spray system and heated to remove water content, and then it is baked to form a transparent layer. |
