The card has an integrated circuit (2) fixed flush to the face of the printed circuit card (1). There are external connection pads (3) joined to the printed circuit tracks (4), linking the connections to the integrated circuit. The printed circuit tracks are subdivided into two branches (6,7), running on two adjacent sides of the integrated circuit. The branches may be divided into two parallel tracks. One of the parallel tracks is more toward the middle of the card than the other. The profile of the tracks is curved to increase the resistance to breakage under flexing. |
