PURPOSE:To enhance the effect of restraining a slip by compensating a control value from a power train control means in a direction in which a torque applied to drive wheels is decreased for a predetermined time, when a failure of slip control carried out by a slip control means is detected during a slip control operation. CONSTITUTION:When a slip value detected by a slip detecting means A is higher than a predetermined value, a slip control means B controls a torque regulating means C so as to regulate a torque applied to drive wheels in a direction it is decreased. In this phase, when a failure by which the slip control cannot be made normally by the slip control means B is detected by a failure detecting means D, an interrupting means E stops a slip control. Further, when a failure is detected during slip control, a compensating means F compensates a control value from a power train control means G in a direction in which the torque applied to the drive wheels is decreased, for a predetermined time from the time of detection of the failure. |
