The invention discloses a hydrokinetic coupling device, in particular for motor vehicles, comprising one wall (2), with global transversal orientation, to be rotatably linked to a drive shaft (100) and bearing centrally fixed a guide ring (6), a piston (9) sealingly sliding along the guide ring (6) and defining, with the ring (6) and the transversal wall (2), a chamber with variable volume (30) radially delimited outwards by a disc (10) and friction linings (11) adapted to be clamped between the piston (9) and the disc (10) and between the disc (10) and the internal surface (124) of the transversal wall (2) respectively, and in which the transversal wall (2) comprises a central sleeve (126) for fixing the ring (6), and inside (136) which is received a front cylindrical seating (138) for centering the ring (6), characterised in that the cylindrical seating (138) for centering the ring (6) is radially tightly fitted in the sleeve (126, 136) of the transversal wall (2) to ensure the fixing of the latter on the ring (6).
