The device has a base plate (1) with a carrier (2) of electrical contact parts attachable to the base plate. The carrier can be attached to the base plate by a shape and/or force-locking snap connection (4-7). The base plate has sprung paired latching elements (4,5) forming the snap connector and arranged opposite each other in the snap fit direction. The elements are moved in opposite directions during latching. The carrier has complementary latching elements (6,7).
