a first shift register part to shift a first input data in series type; a second shift register part to shift a second input data in series type; a first multiplexor part outputting by selecting one of the first two input data in response to a first selection signal applied in order to provide the first input data of the first shift register part; a second multiplexor part outputting by selecting one of the second two input data in response to a first selection signal applied in order to provide the second input data of the second shift register part; and an output path changing means making the output of the first shift register part to form 1 serial shifting or 2 serial shifting output as to the above input data in response to a second selection signal.
