Prepn.of the Ho-wang vaccine and diagnostic reagent comprises a)inoculating Ho-wang virus to mouse brain, b)proliferating the virus, c)extracting the virus with a mixer and sonicator, d)separating the pure virus from supernatant with protamine sulfate, ethanol and ultra high speed centifugal separator, e)inactivating the virus by adding formalin. This vaccine is effect for the diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhogic fever.
