The connector (1) can be mounted on a rail (2) and includes a top jaw (3) and a mobile jaw (4) which can be locked by a screw (5). The two jaws are used to position and fix the connector on the rail. The connector presents two pins (10,11) partly covered by insulating conduits (12,13). The extremities of two cables (8,9) are attached to the two pins. A ring (14) with two sleeves (15,16) receives the extremities of other two cables (17,18). A screw enables positioning of the ring on the connector.
