<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit with a micro sensor such as a flow sensor and prevent the damage of the micro sensor in the case of mounting the sensor unit on a device body unit. SOLUTION: A sensor device is provided with a sensor protecting member 22 movable into a position of surrounding a micro sensor 14 and a position of exposing the micro sensor 14. In the process of mounting a sensor unit 12 on a device body unit 13, the sensor protecting member 22 is moved into the exposed position of the micro sensor 14 by protection release mechanism 38. In the state of not mounting the sensor unit 12 on the device body unit 13, the micro sensor 14 is protected by the sensor protecting member 22, and when the sensor unit 12 is mounted on the device body unit 13, the sensor protecting member 22 automatically retreats to expose the micro sensor 14.</p> |
