PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and detatch quickly a writing utensile by enabling slide friction of a tip interposing part to be converted to rolling friction when the writing utensile is stored in or taken out from a pocket of clothing by a method wherein a rotary body is provided to the interposing part of a clip. SOLUTION: A rotary body support 4 is provided to an interposing part of a clip 2, and spring pressure of the clip 2 is transmitted to a rotary body 3. The rotary body 3 of 4-5mm diameter is used. A through hole is opened at right angles to a shaft core of a writing stensile, a pan composed of a part of the clip 2 and the rotary body support 4 is formed in order to support the rotary body 3, and a gap is held so that the rotary body 3 can be rotated inside without any disturbance. For a through hole end facing the cap 1, its aperture is slightly throttled so that the rotary body 3 does not slip off. Further, smooth rotation can be obtained by making the rotary body large-sized. |
