PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work processing equipment which quickly processes a work such as a mold chip. SOLUTION: Works of many rows blanked at a high pitch are sent to a work transfer line 13 from a lead frame transferred by a lead frame transfer line 11, after being blanked out by a blanking part 12. The works on the work transfer line 13 are successively transferred to a first work operation table 15 at a high pitch by one row. The works on the first operation table 15 are molded at a first molding part 17 and a second molding part 19, inspected at a testing part 20, and are sent to a second operation table 21. The works on the second operation table 21 are marked at a marking part 23, brushed at a brushing part 24 and are ejected to the carrier tape side from a work ejection line 28. |
