An anesthetic laryngoscope with manual controlled oxygen ejection means is provided with oxygen supply tubes down the laryngoscope handle and the laryngoscope blade, the oxygen supply tube in the laryngoscope hand is inserted in the oxygen supply tube in the laryngoscope blade and the former is provided with a manual controlled oxygen blockage valve. The anesthetic laryngoscope according to the present invention is not restricted by the place of use and can be used to rescue patients without delay. It can be easily used in outdoor rescue since it is small in volume and convenient to use. It is easy to produce with low cost.
