The concussion table compacts the stone moulding powder is poured into a composite die which rests on a horizontal board (5) serving as the production base. The board rests loosely on fixed supports belonging to the machine frame. The concussion table is mounted under the board by vertically oscillating journal bearings (7) in the form of rubber-metal springs in the machine frame. A separately controlled and pneumatically bellows cylinder (11) is connected in parallel with each spring or group of springs. The concussion table dogs (10) point vertically upwards while the table is operating, and are distributed under the board's surface. When the concussion table is at a standstill, the table dogs are spaced apart from the underside of the board against which they impact to an adjustable degree.
